Chukchansi's Reggie Lewis PLEDGES TRANSPARENCY in IRS Investigation: Is He BELIEVABLE?

It has recently come to my attention that the IRS has initiated a criminal investigation of a tribally owned corporation. The allegations and requests for information do not involve the Tribe’s efforts to reopen its casino. These allegations and others relating to possible misuse of Tribal assets are of great concern and should be troubling to each member of the Tribe.

While the IRS investigation has just begun and in itself is not evidence of any criminal wrongdoing, as Chairman of the Tribe, I call upon the other tribal council members and the members of the general council to join me in demanding a forensic accounting of all allegations of misconduct and to report back to the membership with its findings.

As Chairman of the Tribe, I alone am tasked with making public statements regarding the Tribe, its businesses and other matters relating to our members and pledge to be transparent regarding the results of all investigations. I urge all tribal members to fully cooperate with these investigations.

Reggie Lewis,
Chairman,
Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians

No! He is not believable. He has probably stolen more money than Chance. The only thing transparent about Reggie Lewis is how he does everything he can to stop the upcoming Clean Slate election. Chance Alberta along with other Chukchansi Inc. will be investigated and the wrong doings will be revealed, until then all are presumed innocent.

I hate it when he uses his "bully voice" and tells all he alone has the supreme power to be the voice of the tribe to the public. F you Reggie , you're a propaganda slut.

AS Chairman of this Comment, I urge the NIGC (National Indian Gatekeeper's of Corruption) to keep this casino closed.

Reggie was chairman of chukchansi inc. Dustin Graham had his hands in it as well with falcon creek. But every council memeber from 2009 on had their hands in it and had their chance to stop the corruption. That means even this B.S. 2010 council and most if those running in the fake clean slate election. There was is nothing clean slate about it. And Morris, Dora, and nikomis should be ashamed for wanting to keep their quorum of corruption so badly they would waiste more if the tribes money in his lawyers fees. Non of them give a damn about this tribe. The casino should not open as long as all of these criminals are allowed to walk the streets. Every last one of them. The via and ibia should be held accountable in federal court for placing these criminal impostersin charge if anything especially since they have all been dis enrolled for ethic violations under the picayune chukchansi constitution. The bia over stepped their boundaries and dis respected the tribes constitution stomping on the tribes sovereignty by makeing an enrollment based power move. They have no right to determine who is enrolled, but that is exactly what they did and they put the tribe back in criminal hands.
