How Tribal Disenrollment Affects Members from PALA and Pechanga. Cristy Fajardo Reporting

Re-POSTED to let our new readers have an idea how two local tribal casino tribes from Temecula and Valley Center, both Luiseno, have affected their membership by revoking tribal citizenship: KCBS Channel 2 reporter CRISTY FAJARDO reports on disenrollment for greed and power tonight. Pay special attention as to how WEAK the responses are from the two tribal chairmen, Mark Macarro and Robert Smith! They can lie and obfuscate with ease.

Here is the video, PLEASE watch and share..

Eric Holder has destroyed the Temecula Indian Tribe ( Or Pechanga).

I don't think Eric Holder disenrolled anyone. Look at your tribal leaders before blaming anyone outside the tribe. They made this decision. Don't blame the BIA, the FEDS, the Courts, or anyone, but the people who are responsible for these actions.

Don't look for outside help. It isn't coming. The only way to fix this is to work within your tribe.

Ok smart guy, when fraud or fake members take over your tribe (with voting power) what do you do?

Does it matter. I for one support the disenrolled from Pala a criminal act is a criminal act.

Sorry not to reply to you, but I have been busy working on regaining control of the tribe from which I was disenrolled.

The way to do it is to obtain proof of the corruption and present it to tribal members. I know the tribal leaders have done everything they can to prevent this kind of action.

If you can't win the support of your tribe then it will be very difficult to challenge your leaders. Don't give up on trying to compel the BIA, the Courts, and the Feds to help you. Unfortunately they don't want to interfere in tribal affairs. We have seen over and over again that they don't really care, that is why I say don't expect them to help.

In the meantime look at what is going on in the rest of Indian Country and take heart. There is change afoot. If you have evidence of crimes then you can try to get an investigation started with the US Attorney's Office. Other tribal members might not like criminal activity either so sharing evidence with them could help gather support for change.

The hardest thing to do is to watch others benefit from hurting you, so don't watch. Keep working for justice and equality.

And thanks to all of you who support the Pala disenrollees. We are working hard for reinstatement, and still have many actions ongoing.

Who says we didn't protest or did any movement? There is big medicine afoot. It isn't over by a longshot.

So this is the big medicine.

The Pala General Council has announced an Emergency Meeting at the Admin Bldg. Tribal Hall for 5:00pm May 17th. The agenda is posted at Pala Watch.

At this meeting we will discuss the suspension of the Pala Executive Committee pending investigation of their actions and involvement in corrupt and criminal activity.

If you are a Pala member you need to attend this meeting and cast your vote for the future of the tribe. If you are a Pala supporter now is the time to help us with your prayers, hopes, and wishes for our success.

May the Great Spirit watch over us and help us achieve a peaceful transition as we regain control of our tribe.

San Diego Federal Judges are corrupt, no Judge in their "right mind" would approve a revenue plan for pechanga" with a 20 year moratorium.

A violation of IGRA, although IGRA does not allow a (private right of action) Judges still need to uphold federal law.

This behavior invites anarchy a concept that the world system is leaderless.

Here is your chance Pechanga disenrollees and moratorium people to help the Pala disenrollees and Pala members regain our tribe for the corruption it is experiencing, your support and prayers can help make this a huge victory for us which in turn will help you because other tribal leaders will be under scrutinizing eyes and they will be ousted too, if we succeed the people of Pala will help you regain your membership with all of the angles of possibilities. The corruption and illegal disenrollments need to stop and be corrected, it is time to rid Indian Country of the greed, evil, and corruption that has tried to imbed itself amongst our people.

It's time for the light to shine through again. There is a reason dis enrollment or Moratorium acts are being used in California reservations. Take out or keep out the true to hold the corrupt acts quite. Since the corrupt have rang the bell its time for the bands to take back what our ancestors where put through by non-Indians in the creations of the reservations, give back or take back. However it happens the corrupt actors caused it "ALL"!!!

See the corrupt actors have been questioned for their acts by concerned people who wanted to help them finish sought after rewards owed to the band. When the corrupt actors could not give a truthful answer for the corrupt acts at Pechanga, the rewards had to be shelved until it was the corrupt acts are resolved inside the Band. No violent acts have occurred, and what if the corrupt acts where ever used against Concerned Pechanga People "CPP"? Real frustrating for everyone involved, but the band could fix the old corrupt acts today. Our Ancestors would love to see things the way they left them. "ALL" means all!

Eric Holder has nothing to do with this. It is correct, Congress must act to amend the Indian Civil Rights Act to allow natives to take these matters to court . . . . if you can't get to court you can't solve the problem. Coming in 2015 . . . . . a group effort to flood Congressional Members with letters to get them to have Senate Hearings on the issue . . . and get them to do just that!
