The Civil Rights Division enforces civil rights laws in a wide variety of contexts. You may use the information on this page to find the appropriate way to submit a complaint or report of a potential civil rights violation. If you are not sure which Section is the appropriate one to receive your complaint, you may contact the Civil Rights Division at (888) 736-5551 or (202) 514-3847.

Honorable ? A border patrol agent got killed because he sent guns over to mexico? (To the CARTEL) Thats a FACT!

Anonymous said...

No, it isn't. He didn't put the program together. And the agent didn't get killed "because" the guns were sent.

He was killed and gun that were purchased were there.

It would be a civil rights law suit against the U.S Title 42 1983,1985

The Equal Protection Clause, part of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, provides that "no state shall ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Just Google search (sample title 42 1983 complaint)and it shows you how to lay out a civil law suit.

Actully, the D.E.A allowed the guns to be purchased under the gize of following them to their source. But they lost track of them, of course, and then they were used to kill the border patrol agent/agents. Sort of "Lame at Best?"
