What Abuses Are Tribal Nations OKAY WITH, To Protect Sovereignty. Sovereignty Is Wielded as a Weapon

Quote by Rick Cuevas
Original Pechanga

I follow Pumunkey descendant @KirosAuld on Twitter, so should you.
This morning he asked a great question.

“What level of federal intervention do you feel comfortable leaving things at?”   And really, what are we willing to overlook in the name of SOVEREIGNTY?   Our advocacy groups, like NARF, NCAI, Interior/BIA are all overlooking civil and human rights abuses, elder abuse, unethical disenrollments, lack of due process, disbarment of defendant's attorneys.  The Nooksack Tribe got rid of a JUDGE for ruling against them

Sovereignty as a WEAPON

read the links included below

Elder, Child, and ANCESTOR abuse - We have that detailed here Civil rights violations - We sent letters to Attorneys General Garland, Barr, Sessions, Lynch, Holder, Ashcroft, all with crickets responses. example here Human Rights violations Apartheid & Segregation - The #Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians Chairman Mark Macarro and NCAI FIRST VP sent jackbooted thug rangers to warn reservation residents of trespassing charges for using the drinking fountains and restrooms Read LETTER here: No voting rights - Redding, Pala, Chukchansi, Pechanga, San Pasqual have ENDED the right to vote in tribal elections. Pechanga's two mass disenrollments came at election time. Coincidence?

Unconstitutional (tribal) disenrollment - Tribes routinely act outside tribal constitutions to get results of disenrollment. Some with the BIA's help Unequal protections - The National Native American Bar Association Declares Lawyers Advocating FOR Disenrollment: IMMORAL and UNETHICAL

This is happening to American citizens on U.S. federal land but so far, the federal government just turns a blind eye.
