Another FELONY SUSPECT in Chukchansi Casino Takeover Attempt CAPTURED in South Carolina

Benjamin James Rhodes, owner of Cross Rhodes Jiu Jitsu on Sherington Drive, was arrested at his business on charges of kidnapping and false imprisonment, Manning said.

The 40 year old is accused of being one of 15 people involved in a tribal confrontation at a casino in Madera County, Calif., last month, according to Manning and the Fresno Bee in California.

He was arrested without incident at the request of the Maderas County Sheriff's Office, the release said, and has been charged in Beaufort County with being a fugitive from justice and awaits extradition from the Beaufort County Detention Center.

In California, Rhodes will be charged with seven counts each of kidnapping and false imprisonment, six counts of assault and battery with a firearm, one count of personal use of a firearm and one count of being armed in the commission of a felony,

These men were not trained police officers nor have they ever received any police training a few did not even have legit guard cards or weapons permits including Tyrone bishop....
