Indian Gaming Shows NO GROWTH in 2010. Sacramento Region DOWN $200 Million

Tribes promised us help to balance our budgets if we gave them expanded gaming 2 years ago.   Now, they can't even show growth, in fact, 2010 showed a decrease in gaming dollars to the Sacramento region, according to NIGC report released this week.

When will the BILLIONS of dollars CA gaming tribes promised us arrive?  Overall Indian gaming revenues were flat vs. 2009 which ended in a decrease over 2008.

It seems the only tribes benefitting, are those those who eliminated members.   The number of dollars stolen by tribes in CA is nearing the $500 MILLION mark.

See tribalcorruption.com for more information on tribal disenrollments across our country.

OF COURSE GAMING MONEY IS DOWN, ESPECIALLY, IN CALIFORNIA, BECAUSE OF OUR "STAY AWAY FROM CORRUPT CASINOS' THAT PRACTICE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS AND OTHER DISPICABLE ACTS AGAINST THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERSHIPS. ONE BEING PECHANGA, ONE OF THE WORST VIOLATORS/OFFENDERS OF ALL TRIBES IN INDIAN COUNTRY. WHEN THE 5 OF US WENT INTO THE PECHANGA CASINO ON THE DAY OF THE PROTEST TO TALK TO ECHOHAWK, THE CASINO WAS VIRTUALLY EMPTY. NOW WE NEED TO WORK ON GETTING THAT "FOX IN THE HENHOUSE" MARK MACARRO OUT, AS CHAIRMAN, IN THE NEXT ELECTION FOR THE GOOD OF ALL AT PECHANGA FOR ALL OF MACARRO'S CORRUPT, SHADDY, DECITFULL, AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS THAT HE HAS PERPETRATED AGAINST HIS OWN PEOPLE. "FOR NOTHING MORE THAN GREED AND POLITICAL POWER!" THE PECHANGA TRIBAL COUNCIL NEEDS TO CLEAN THEIR OWN HOUSE OF CORRUPTION THAT ABOUNDS FROM THE "MACARRO CARTEL!"

Tribal Chairman, Pechanga Band of LuiseƱo Indians (a federally recognized, sovereign Indian nation). Don't tread on me. We will tread back.

Tribes, empowered by recent court rulings and findings by Indian Gaming Commission that states and localities cannot enforce financial agreements with Indian casinos, are going to be paying less and less (if anything) in revenue sharing in-lieu-of-taxes. Most tribes are so indebted to undisclosed financial backers who are really running the show anyway - many of these backers are foreign-based gambling syndicate interests enjoying the tax-free shelter of cashing in on the lax Indian casino financial reporting rules in the United States.

Some tribes have made it on their own and some are honoring their contracts. But we must highlight those that are dishonorable.

Chukchansi/Picayune is one of the worst offenders.

QUESTION: WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO OUR PRINCIPAL "HECKLER" ANOTHERVIEW AKA MARK MACARRO? HE GOT HIS NOSE BLOODY"D TRYING TO GO TOE TO TOE WITH LEGITIMATE NATIVE AMERICANS THAT HAVE THE PROOF ON THEIR SIDE. HE COULDN'T SHOW ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY WHEN DEBATING WHAT REALLY HAPPENED AT PECHANGA. HE TRIED DAMAGE CONTROL AFTER OUR PROTEST/RALLY AND FAILED MISERABLY. WE "SCARED THEM," AND WE NEED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE ON THEM NOW MORE THEN EVER. I THINK ANOTHER PROTEST/RALLY IS IN ORDER, WITH MORE TIME THIS TIME AROUND, WE CAN ORGANIZE THIS INTO SOMETHING WITH MORE BITE.
