Mark Macarro Destroyed Pechanga Children's Heritage

Many Nations are working to protect Native Children..

Chairman Mark Macarro and Pechanga, not so much.  Over 100 CHILDREN have had their heritage stripped by the Pechanga Enrollment committee headed by Bobbi LeMere and with Ruth Masiel and Frances Miranda.

I WILL CALL THEM OUT, put your tribe that's disenrolled in the comments.

These corrupt bastards like Rob Smith and Mark Macarro don't care about anyone or any thing except themselves.
So if you want to help stop the disenrollments
and join the fight give someone you can trust any and all evidence that will help put these bastards in Federal Prison where they belong.
It doesn't matter how big or how small you think your evidence is it will help in the process.

To be on the committee don't you have to be at least 1/4 Indian?

I was curious and I did a little research and Mark can only be related through a women by the name of Leona Aridilla Her daughter would have had to be
Maria Isabel Tapia Who married two different men first she married a Verdugo or Berdugo and then she married Juan Macarro. Can anyone verify that Maria is Leona daughter. Also If Pauline Hunter is not Pechanga she is on the same
Census has Leona Aridilla then who ever is related to Leona is not Pechanga that would mean the Macarro family is not PECHANGA!!!!
Please help me in my research does anyone have any information on Maria Isabel Tapia?
Thank You
Anonymous (I do research for fun not related to the families

Who is Maria Isabel Tapia?
Who is Michaela Quilig (Michella Quilich) do you know who her mother is?

The Pechanga authorities (Tribal Chairman Mark Macarro) say they are just belatedly enforcing long-standing rules regarding descent and historical residence, the specifics of which are outlined here. Most tribes require that members show proof of a blood quantum: a minimum of one full-blooded grandparent or great-grandparent. But with so much at stake, how that Indian status is proven has become a matter of intense dispute.

Does anyone know who is Maria Isabel Tapia is? This is the only way Mark can be an Indian!!!!!!!
