Native American Rights Fund has Civil and Human Rights Violater Mark Macarro on Their Board of Directors

I once wrote to NARF (Native American Rights Fund) for help with the disenrollment at Pechanga.   The response: "We don't do Indian vs. Indian".

Well now one of the reasons:  Pechanga Chairman Mark Macarro is on their board of directors.  He's the leader of the Pechanga Tribe, who oversaw the termination of 25% of his incredibly shrinking tribe.  He has violated the civil rights and human rights of tribal members.

And YES apartheid is being practiced at Macarro's reservation

NARF MUST be proud....

NARF grew out federally (and corporate-funded) legal centers established during LBJ's War on Poverty. These legal centers helped usher fictitious Indians onto the tribal membership rolls and rewrite tribal constitutions to prepare them for the advent of casinos and other lucrative businesses. Tribal power was secured for a number of individuals, many of dubious Native legitimacy, with the help of NARF-affiliated attorneys.

Tribes who have benefited from NARF services, like the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan, have observed and documented these interlopers attempting to disenroll (and/or decrease the blood quantum) of genuine Indians while adding (and increasing the blood quantums of) fictitious Indians onto the membership rolls.

It is not at all surprising that Mark Maccarro would be affiliated with NARF.

As if it couldn't get any worse, it "Does!" Macarro is such a "Rat Bastard!" The "Fox In the Henhouse"

for ALL nations...for ALL chukchansi people said...

my daughter also wrote to narf in a plea for help when 42 of the 71 hawa/muc-cha relations were disenrolled from picayune in 2006...of course, they refused assistance saying they were obligated to assist tribal governments and not individual indians...since that time, the remaining 29 hawa descendants have been dismembered at picayune, along with over a thousand other chukchansi elders, language keepers and future generations...

i think that narf should seriously consider changeing its name...

native american rights are DEFINITELY not being defended by them...

perhaps NATIVE AMERICAN CASINO INDIAN CORRUPT TRIBAL GOVERNMENT CO-CONSPIRATORS would be a more appropriate name...

if i can find the email copy of my daughter's letter to and response from narf, i will be sure to post it here...
