The Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians ALSO keeping VETERANS OUT of the Tribe. Tosobol Family Veterans Kept on the Outside by their OWN FAMILY.

The stain of Pechanga's unconstitutional moratorium lingers in its second decade.  As we observe Memorial Day in rememberance of those who served, we have a partial list of Tosobols who we in our armed forces.   Shame on Phillip Ibanez and his family for keeping their OWN family members OUT.

My grandfather "Poky William Salinas" served in the Navy WWII. He was the grandson of Manuela Miranda. Francis Miranda was his first cousin. She and that baldheaded old witch Jenny are one of the main reason why we were disenrolled first.

These gentlemen could've enrolled themselves by mail during the 17 years the tribal roll remained open for this purpose. They did not do so. Apparently, like many others, they took no interest in Pechanga when it had nothing in their eyes. The advent of the Pechanga casino, however, sparked their interest at last. What may we say about the motivation of such latecomers?

What about people who ended up in the moratorium who had their applications in on time before the moratorium deadline who ended up being stuck in the morattorium for all of these years? This is documented but, alas, you don't care, so what does that say for your motivation on this matter? Hmmm, more money for you?
