Picayune Tribal Council Member SUSPENDED Pending Permanent Removal

A note came in from our friend For All Nations:  It has been confirmed that Patrick Hammond, incumbent tribal council member and treasurer at PRCI recently re-elected to the council in december and seated, has been suspended from the council for un-named alleged financial offenses against the tribe...it is said that there will be a hearing by the newly elected tribal council in regard to his permanent removal...
With the newly seated council more heavily swayed toward further disenrollments at picayune, it is only a matter of time until this will come to pass
IT IS SUGGESTED THAT ALL TRIBAL MEMBERS CURRENTLY ENROLLED AT PICAYUNE ATTEND ALL UPCOMING TRIBAL COUNCIL, BUSINESS, AND GENERAL COUNCIL MEETINGS SCHEDULED AT PICAYUNE!

Geez, you can screw 600 of your fellow citizens no problem, but don't mess with the finances.   Hope Patric grabbed some paperwork before he left, so he can show what goes on at Picayune.

I'm curious as to why disenrollments are coming back to Picayune Rancheria?

Didn't they get all who didn't belong last time? (According to them). What justification is there to terminate the citizenship of more Indian people?

It's a perfect time for those previous terminated to get back in the game.

Too few people have been carrying the load for the PRCI people.

A suggestion to Patrick Hammond, grab all the documents you can right now, don't wait.

for ALL nations...for ALL chukchansi people said...

it has been confirmed that prci tribal council member patrick hammond has now been formally and permanently removed from the council via hearing and vote of the current picayune tribal council...

who will fill his position has not been determined as of this writing...but one can be certain it will be one who supports the current path of disenrollment which the council once again seems to be taking...

the next tribal council meeting is tomorrow, monday 5/25 at 6:00...the newly proposed enrollment ordinance will be discussed and undoubtedly voted for--INCLUDING new requirements of dna testing for both current and prospective picayune tribal members...

i STRONGLY suggest all attend, and be vocal in regard to your concerns...evil truly DOES prevail when good people stand by and do nothing...

the birthright you save may ultimately be your own...
