Jeff Livingston, Accused of Theft by Chukchansi, Trial Ends in Mistrial

Interesting, the Chukchansi thieves accusing their man of theft. Well, it takes one to know one?

Mistrial declared
U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O'Neill on Friday declared a mistrial in a criminal case involving a former general manager of the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino who was facing federal charges that he used a corporate credit card to steal from the casino.

Jeff Livingston, 50, was indicted by a federal grand jury on felony charges of theft by officers or employees of gaming establishments on Indian lands.

Jurors began deliberating Thursday afternoon after a trial that had lasted a good part of the week. O'Neill declared the mistrial Friday afternoon.

A new trial date will be chosen May 7.

SOO NOW they have a definant one sided report on Jeff...they couldn't get it through one trial now this judge helped the prosecution and schooled them the whole way through the second trial?? Go figure the outcome?? AMAZING too me that this whole thing started because the tribal council just didn't want to complete his contract and LIVE up to his original agreements...So they created this supposedly FRAUD aspect...What didn't get to come out at the second trial is that Deborah Johnson, whom really did criminal acts towards these poor little Indians,at the casino! She was given immmunity to help these poor little indians have a case...AMAZING, how they use their monies soo unwisely and get away with it...after Jeff they haven't even paid their own anything more because these theives have been sooo concentrated on making this man's whole life seem insignificant, to their whole sovereign nation of theives. Jeff gave them more money to spend than they would have ever gotten on their own skills/expertise in business! They have nothing to show over $52,000 thousand dollars and now payoffs for the judges hidden ajenda's of the future...WE CERTAINLY need to show what a man this JEFF LIVINGSTON WAS BEFORE he came to PO-DUNK FRESNO after they romanced him? A good man, husband, and father. The provider and giver he has always been!! They never let anything at the trial be said...He was a sworn police officer/detective for many years, with honors...before that he came away from a military background with honors...He put himself through Harvard, with honors, came away with a Doctrine in Economics in the top percentages of His class...Then he somehow changes all that for a car deal and a few gaming prizes...and takes advantage of the poor little Indian tribal theives that would help anyone cut-out their own mother's heart if it meant that they would have an extra buck in their pocket...They spend more money than a meer $52,000 to get this guy and trying to dis-enroll their own tribal members...
Mr. Reed gets up at sentencing and has the nerve to say that they are community members of my county, better yet community members of any of our local communities...HOW long are we gonna support this gambling habit on that farce...Since the origin of Chukchansi and the original Tribal Council that started this have they truly been effective in our communities...A few select tribals families is all they serve now...They have dis-enrolled or hobbled the great families and it's their own blood members...The truly educated ones whom could do GREAT businss deals and community efforts...
The judge at his sentencing compared Jeff to Nixon/Clinton...HOW?? WHAT?? with all the charges that are on record has he now become WATERGATE/and an ADULTER come on Judge and Picyune are you kidding me??...WOW really?? He wouldn't have ever come to this land of "Fruits and Nuts" if he was that BIG for his britches and certainlly not for $52,000 dollars IDIOTS...

What a sad day it was when you went after this man, that the elders told me how sorry they were for the young radicals and uneducated people you were and are...
