This is RICH.... The Chairman of The Pechanga Band of Indians, MARK MACARRO must have seen the reviews of the documentary "You're No Indian" with high impact producers Wes Studi and Tantoo Cardinal. His team of attorneys have sent the director, RYAN FLYNN a cease and desist letter.
The documentary on tribal disenrollment recently won an award at the RED NATION International Film Festival This was exciting news, as you'll remember, the film was pulled from the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Watch director Flynn's response here:

Most people who participate and perpetuate disenrollments, especially the inaccurate and misleading ones, never like to be interviewed because their reasoning and logic is almost always proven false. They prefer to stay quiet and force others to stay quiet in hopes it will be forgotten. Pala disenrolled 13 years ago and the Chairman has yet to produce anything saying why he decided to lower the blood degree. Also the BIA has not changed their CDIB’s for those members “due to Pala providing them with no evidence to justify a change in blood degree”. The Chairman will not produce anything because everything proves otherwise so he just hinted at having proof or reasons but will not specify or show paperwork.
Turning their backs on their very own, hiding behind the face paper, power, greed, the very thing that we are fighting against... taking away rights from those of us who respect our ancestors, the lands, our people...culturally trying to genocide our own people for the paper, power and position? disgraceful! they do not honor the ancestors and relatives who have walked on and came before us. The higher they rise the harder they will fall. Their reign in power will come to an end. They cannot think that they can disenroll those who belong, who carry the blood of our ancestors, and relatives and who uphold the truth and connection with the Creator and have no dues to pay. This film has to be protected and continued to be shared on every platform!***
