PALA CASINO Crimewatch: Man Dies after Early Morning Fight

Sad News from the Pala Casino, a tribe that has been in the news for arrests on it's reservation.  Now, another death.  Looks like security was unavailable.

CRIMEWATCH: TRIBAL JUSTICE THE PECHANGA WAY

In our discussions with family and friends about tribal justice, our cousin made some points about the wonders of tribal justice, the Pechanga Way:

The two disenrolled families, the descendants of Manuela Miranda and Paulina Hunter , found wrongdoing in thePechanga Band of Luiseno Indians' enrollment committee.

JUSTICE THE PECHANGA WAY:  Get rid of the families that found the wrongdoing, so that another Indian family won't be enrolled.  Non Pechanga families get to stay in the tribe.

Non members who steal from the tribe; Delvecchio,Robinson, Riley and the Tran theft ring get prosecuted and imprisoned.

JUSTICE THE PECHANGA WAY:  Members who steal from the tribe, get a short "disenfranchisement" period and like Jennie Miranda, get welcomed back into the tribe.

Pechanga whistleblower, and confidential informant who points out corruption in the Pechanga Resort & Casino, has his life threatened, gets fired, has his reputation ruined and is rendered unemployable in the industry because he won't tell the Pechanga Gaming Commission what the federal investigators were searching for.  The Pechanga Tribal Council refused to arbitrate and the appeals court ruled he was intentionally harmed by the gaming commission, denying the tribe's sovereignty argument.

JUSTICE THE PECHANGA WAY:   Tribal Chairman Mark Macarro's brother, tribal attorney John, who couldn't pass the state bar,  yet drew a $300,000 per salary, gets caught stealing from the tribe.. A SECOND TIME, pleads poverty and agrees to repay tribe $1,000 per month....which is essentially a ZERO interest loan without consequence.  He keeps his Mercedes, his Temecula home, his Hawaii home, his vacations in Europe.   Imagine what the tribe doesn't  know about?

This is a direct result of illegally enrolled criminal frauds. This is a case where legitimate Indians booted in hate crime so criminal non-indians can remain in control.

FRAUDULENTLY ENROLLED tribal members have created a CULTURE OF CORRUPTION.

KILLING at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula: CASINO CRIMEWATCH

A man was shot to death Friday night, Feb. 21,  and a woman wounded inside a hotel room at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula in what authorities are calling a domestic violence case. It's unusual for this kind of news to break out, as A Previous Death at Pechanga Resort & Casino was kept quiet for two weeks.  And there was a Pechanga member who was accused of car-jacking in the front of the Casino.   Pechanga Resort and Casino guest was beaten by Pechanga Security in 2008
Riverside County Sheriff’s Sgt. Mike Manning said there no suspects at large, although investigators are not yet announcing any arrests. The man, about 50 years old, was shot in one of the hotel rooms and went down to the lobby to seek medical attention, Manning said. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
No one else was hit by the gunfire and the casino remained open, Manning said.
The woman was found in a hotel room with non-life-threatening injuries, the release said.
Pechanga is well known to have terminated 25% of it's tribe, violating civil and human rights and practicing Apartheid on it's reservation. It has used TRIBAL TERRORISM to control it's remaining members. The tribe has been accused of Elder Abuse at Pechanga.

CASINO CRIMEWATCH: Soboba Tribal Member Sentenced to 18 years for Death of Homeless Advocate

A Soboba tribal member was sentenced to 18 years to life in prison for leading police on a high speed chase and killing a Hemet man who was leaving Soboba Casino.
Family members of Mike Morgan, 57, told a judge in a Riverside courtroom Friday, Nov. 8, about how Thomas Charles Durnin, 24, cut Morgan’s life short and robbed them of time with a husband, father and grandfather.
Rosemary Morgan said her husband used to keep coats and food in his car to give away to the homeless.

Beaumont police attempted to stop Durnin on a minor traffic violation before he led them on a high speed chase. He was heading toward his home on the Soboba Indian Reservation when police lost sight of the pickup and terminated their pursuit less than a mile from the casino.
Durnin, in an attempt to surpass slower traffic, crossed his pickup into the opposite lane and crashed head-on with Morgan’s Cadillac Deville shortly past the casino entrance on Soboba Road.

Repost: Pechanga's Masiel Crime Family is Four Generations Long; Are they really Pechanga? Now, ONE LESS Plotter....

I've had numerous requests to run this post again, since the issue of the crime family has come up again, now that one of the elders of this family has succumbed to lung cancer.

There was also the question: Are Masiel-Basquez TRUE PECHANGA PEOPLE? Read the link to learn more

Update from Pechanga protest: Leiva family members, better known as the Masiel Basquez crime family were harassing protesters at Pechanga resort and Casinp. Felon Raymond Basquez Jr. One of the more stupid members of the family was one and Yolie "they are just herbs" McCarter was another. They had no effect

I've had requests to move this up again, so here it is.

The Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians has a crime family that spans GENERATIONS.

It's well known that the young, thuggish generation of the Masiel-Basquez crime family are violent offenders, which we reported on HERE and HERE the next older generation of criminals HERE and HERE and HERE and NOW WE KNOW where they get it from:

Francisca Leivas Basquez
As shown below there are two pieces of evidence that show the Matriach of the Basquez family, Francisca Leyva (Leivas) tried to defraud the government and gain of three per capita checks when only one was legal. Fraud, such as her family then perpetrated on the Pechanga Band.
Sins of the mother, passed on to her progeny.
How can the Pechanga Members continue to support them? How much theft has to happen?

Tribal Casino Crimewatch: La Posta Tribal Casino Executive Pleads GUILTY to Embezzlement

The former executive director of a gaming commission for the La Posta tribe pleaded guilty Friday in federal court to embezzling $57,000 for a string of personal benefits such as a gun club membership, vacation bills and legal fees.

Troy Teague, 38, served as the head of the East County tribe’s Gaming Commission from 2006 to 2011. The U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release that Teague admitted to embezzling the money from the commission between June 2009 and April 2011.

The La Posta casino on Crestwood Road in Boulevard closed abruptly in October, saying in a letter to employees it had to do so because of its “current financial situation.”

Teague’s guilty plea is unrelated to the casino closure, prosecutors said.

Casino Crimewatch: Shots Fired in Armed Robbery at Barona Casino

Authorities are searching for four gunmen wearing masks who staged a daring robbery at the Barona Casino early Wednesday and who also may be responsible for a nearby fire.

Deputies were called to the resort on Wildcat Canyon Road in Lakeside at 2:21 a.m. after reports that shots were fired, sheriff’s officials said.

When they arrived they found that a stand-alone glass display case just inside the front door of the business had been toppled over and smashed, sheriff’s Sgt. Tom Poulin said.

Casino General Manager Rick Salinas said the four men drove up to the business in a green Ford Explorer and parked right up against the front door.

When a valet walked up to the vehicle one of the men pointed a rifle at him and ordered him to lie on the ground, Salinas said. Three other employees inside were also ordered to the ground, he said. Surveillance video then shows that one of the thieves ran into the casino carrying a chain but was yanked back because the chain was too short. It appears the plan was to wrap the chain around the display and then drag it outside

Poulin said all four men were carrying weapons

Tribal Casino Crimewatch: Gang Shooting at Tribal Casino

A 15 year old boy was shot, while at a tribal casino in N. California.

An early morning shooting at a local casino left two people wounded and five people under arrest, according to authorities. A crime all caught on a network of security cameras keeping a 24-hour watch in and outside the casino.

The Amador County Sheriff's department said five suspects walked into the Jackson Rancheria Casino in Jackson at about 5:00 a.m. Sunday morning and confronted a group of people playing slot machines near Uncle Bud's restaurant.

During the course of the argument, one of the suspects allegedly pulled out a small caliber pistol and opened fire, striking two teens, ages 18 and 15. One teen was shot in the face and the other was shot in the neck.

Both victims were rushed to the hospital and are expected to survive.

The suspects fled into the parking garage, where three were detained immediately. The other two suspects were located Sunday afternoon trying to hitch hike on Highway 88, according to authorities.

Tribal Casino's breed crime, even though publicity is scarce. The Pechanga Casino in Temecula had to shut down their nightclubs due to thuggish behavior and their tribal members have carjacked people in front of their own casino.

Tribal Casino's continue to be an attraction for crime. Pechanga of Temecula has had carjackings and attempted murder on a police officers and Soboba has had multiple shootings, NOW at Barona: UPDATE: GUNMAN CONFIRMED DEAD. STANDOFF IS OVER. ONE OTHER CONFIRMED FATALITY.

UPDATE: Questions surround Barona Shootings

day after a murder-suicide at the Barona Gaming Commission office, investigators and the two dead men’s friends and families strung together more pieces of what happened but struggled with the question of why. Authorities still don’t know what caused former employee Donnell Roberts to kill Executive Director Raymundo Casillas Jr. and himself Tuesday after ordering three others out of the building just before 10 a.m. Story HERE

A gunman opened fire and held people hostage for a time Tuesday at the offices of the Barona Gaming Commission in eastern San Diego County, a sheriff’s official said. But it was not immediately clear if anyone was wounded or killed by the gunfire, which was reported about 10 a.m. at the Barona Road complex in the Lakeside area, Lt. Julie Sutton said. The assailant - possibly a gaming commissioner or other employee of the agency, according to television news accounts - held an unknown number of people hostage for about an hour before releasing them, the lieutenant said. Deputies surrounded the building where the gunfire rang out and trained their guns on it. As of 11:30 a.m., the shooter was believed to still be inside the structure near Barona Valley Ranch Resort & Casino. UPDATE: Police have him surrounded. Reports say three shots were fired. Shooter identified as Donell Roberts, 38, of El Cajon. UPDATE: From the Union Trib: Shane Richardson, a visitor from Detroit who remained inside the casino, told KGTV Channel 10 that everyone inside the casino was told that they could not leave. He said ropes are up blocking the main casino entrance. Richardson, who is in the casino with his mother, said they had not been told what was going on nearby, but casino officials told his mother that “if there is anything to worry about they would tell her.” “Everyone seems confused and doesn’t really know what’s going on,” he said. OP: Comforting to know. UPDATE: Continued reports say witnesses are reporting that IS a victim inside the Barona Gaming Commission office. Sheriff's department is NOT confirming this UPDATE: Still news is reporting no contact with Donnell since he's gone it, but : Shortly before noon, paramedics took a gurney into a building near where the incident occurred, but it was for a person who had suffered an asthmatic problem. Salinas said he did not know if the medical problem was prompted by what had occurred earlier.
