Of 1866,howe...Citizenship was granted by the Treaty<br />Of 1866,however, due to nature of the orgin of birth all were disenfranchised of their God given rights of citizenship. A a child I remember ny mother being provided with an Indian check. Blood was not a provision of citizenship however The Creek Nation violated the Treaty but are still being paid by tge Treaty.
