The Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, which practices APARTHEID on their reservation has said that their Pechanga Resort & Casino has unveiled the multimillion-dollar renovation of its 22,000-square-foot hotel lobby, two restaurants and the addition of two new dining outlets.

I just when to his site and left a message, and a tweet abut the abuses of the tribe related to civil rights abuses of tribal members and patrons. If you are in the moratorium this is a great way to get your message out as well.
I also wonder who took the hit for the remodel?...the actual customers of the casino by turning off the wins on the computer operated machines( we all know they can do it) or the tribe by smaller per cap checks......I'm betting on the customers getting less....not the tribe.
