Nancy Ayala Faction LOSES in Court: CEASE Violating Indenture She is Told. Lewis to Oversee Chukchansi Expenditures.

New York Court Orders Nancy Ayala to Immediately Cease Violating Indenture and Authorizes Chairman Reggie Lewis to Oversee Expenditures at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino

Press Release:

A New York Court today ordered former Tribal Council member Nancy Ayala to immediately cease violating the Chukchansi Tribe’s Indenture Agreement and begin depositing casino revenue in the Tribe’s Rabobank account. The court also ordered that an audit be performed by Ernst & Young, a big four national accounting firm, to track the cash and other disbursements that have occurred during the time of Ayala’s control.

Although the court explicitly did not take sides in the dispute, the court Order authorized Chairman Reggie Lewis to work with casino management to ensure that the Indenture is not further violated by Ayala. Chairman Lewis will have the opportunity to review the casino’s financial records each week and to approve all disbursements prior to their being made including payroll checks to casino employees and payables to casino vendors. Under the Order, casino management will report to both Chairman Reggie Lewis and Nancy Ayala, and must provide Chairman Lewis with a list each week of casino revenue and expenses to be paid.

“We have been urging the court to get involved to stop Nancy Ayala from violating the Tribe’s Indenture and this Order allows us to do that,” said Chairman Lewis. “We look forward to working with casino management to ensure that all casino employees are qualified for their positions and all casino expenses are paid in a timely manner. We will immediately follow the court Order and begin to oversee the activity at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino to protect the best interests of the Chukchansi Tribe.”

The court Order requires that the money deposited in the Rabobank account only be used for casino expenses, putting an end to Nancy Ayala’s practice of taking bags of cash from the casino
and issuing vouchers to her family and friends that could only be cashed at the casino cage.

Under the court Order, casino revenue may not be used to support Tribal government or Tribal
Gaming Commission operations or expenses by either Chairman Reggie Lewis or Nancy Ayala.

Chairman Lewis and the Tribal Council will be in constant communication with the Court to
insure that the provisions of the court’s Order are fully complied with by casino management
who have a fiduciary duty to perform their duties according to professional standards.
Chairman Lewis stated, “We are working as quickly as possible to fund government programs
for the benefit of all 900 plus tribal members now that the court has intervened to stop conduct
that has been so harmful to our Tribe.”

does anyone know what newspaper this article is in ( or was it TV news )? So many lies have been in the papers lately. I thought they didn't go to court 'til the 18th. I wonder what kind of court order it is ? Something seems off about this info... once again. Can a judge make a tribe recognize a suspended member of Tribal Council ? Did the judge lift Reggies suspension from Tribal Council? Maybe the judge recognizes BIA decision on who "the real tribal council is". Did anyone notice that Troy Burrdick put Chance Alberta on that "winner of the election" list. Poor stupid Troy.... Chance has not won an election or has he been appointed in over two years!!! WTF

Does anyone know if Nancy is letting Reggie near that money? cuz... Reggie will steal all that money too. LOL This Chukchansi War is starting to really make me laugh. The further we fall..the more stupid Nancy and Reggie act (let's not forget Troy B )

Reggie didn't "win" in court. Nancy had asked the banks to stop allowing Reggie to steal money, they allowed him to steal millions before she quit making deposits, which she did to continue paying bills and employees, under Reggie no employee would have been paid at the casino. She wanted the banks to watch the money more carefully which is what the courts said they would do. Reggie is not allowed to touch that money, it will be used to pay bills, just as Nancy was doing. All records have been kept of what goes in and out of the casino, she has nothing to hide. If you want the real article it is in the new York times. This "article" is reggies twisted version he is telling all his cronies.... We all know his plan was not to use casino money for bills.... 11 million and no proof of a single bill being paid, but lots of 5-6 digit checks written out to himself and chance to pay themselves for sitting on council for the Fresno tribe. Oh and we can't forget the business trip to Hawaii his council took as well, what a pretty penny for that.

No checks !! I guess that so called court order isn't working very well. This stuff really makes me laugh. Where did that bogus story come from?

Time for an Indian spring at all these tribal headqaurters and casinos. Just like in Egypt. Time to take them back. Governments can't get involved in sovereign nations. Lets storm these fucks and take back what is ours.

The court oder requires that all of the money generated by the Casino will go to pay Casino employees, back payroll taxes, Casino expenses, the State of California and the the remainder will be used to pay off the banks. None of the money is to be available to the tribe for tribal salaries, tribal expenses, or per capita payments until the default is corrected and the scheduled payments to the bank are made. The U.S. Marshal’s office acting under the directions of the Judge will make sure that tribal government officials don’t get their hands on a single dime. In effect, the tribe has lost their casino, and the bank owns it now. The Court has also engaged a major accounting firm to audit the casino and make recomendations about violations of law including embezzelment, fraud, Income tax evasion, banking and currency law violaions and what not.

Your an idiot . The tribe did not lose their casino. How the hell can they lose something that's on sovereign nation? The US Marshall's are not going to be there & watch everything. I love these stories. But who knows if Nancy Ayala will comply with the court orders??????
