Fine, disenroll all of them in this photo for destroying their tribe, just them and not their whole families!

But isn't it true they have disenrolled their own blood?

Also, did they lie when they said the people who have been disenrolled were part of the tribe in order to get more federal dollars for having a bigger tribe or are they lieing now by saying they never should have been enrolled?

Either say they are liars!

Which is the same thing Pechanga did when they tried to get the voters to approve the casino...inflate the membership and say that all the non- casino tribes would share in the wealth....what a joke...Congress should look into all the lies...and the State of Californis should start making tribal members with Casinos start paying California income tax and also make them pay sales tax on purchases....this is a huge money making business...why not tax the proceeds?

Disenrollments are the beginning of the end for the all tribes. Government wants us to self implode, genocide by your own people.

editor: did you now see that Sacbee.com article relating to the United Auburn.

http://www.sacbee.com/2011/11/19/4066201/rift-among-united-auburn-tribe.html#storylink=misearch

They stripped casino payments from seven tribe members.

Government didn't make your tribe disenroll...GREED did..don't blame the government for that....you have a bad leader and you don't have a tribe that will do anything about it because the tribal members that are left are also greedy and getting more money since you got kicked out,,,,now when it's their turn to get kicked out like you say the Basquez family or the Maisel family might be, maybe they will put up more of a fight?...you guys were blind sided...and since they were in on it, they will be better prepared.

"Happy Thanksgiving" to all. We are all standing on the sidelines watching the "Criminals" continue to eliminate "Legitimate Native Americans" from their respective memberships for nothing more then "Greed and Self Interest!" Let us hope that 2012 is the year that these "Treasonous Tribal Leaders" finally go down.

I haven't heard much from the new Chukchansi disenrolled. Do they have their own website?

The guy middle, bottom looks like Eben from Riverside BIA.

“Basquez family or the Maisel family”
You mean the Leyva line, What a BIG JOKE, What fight will they have too help with our fight. They have absolutely NO evidence of which they claim to be. They will walk away in shame and embarrassment with in Indian country. They Hate Indian’s, They only see the money and nothing else.
Most of the Leyva’s are in control of the enrollment and the council because Pechanga voted them in, but if they were smart (the people) they should start replacing then, Then start disenrolling them with a vengeance.
The Leyva line have nothing to fall back on, just their false documentation’s that they forged.

That's crap, the Basquez family is in total power. Nobody will stand against them. The Apish didn't, the Hunters didn't and the Tosobols didn't even get in the game...
Most have given up fighting for what is right...

It seems you missed the fist fight in the back of the meeting room between a Hunter and a Basquez family member.

Anonymous said...

Really? A Hunter? Tell us about that one...No Hunter has been in the back of the room in five years, have they?

Anonymous said...

You are correct, the incident happened during the last year the Hunters were in the Tribe.

commentary in today's (12/1/11) fresno bee in regard to their 11/24/11 article on picayune rancheria of the chukchansi indian's ongoing disenrollments of their people:

Chukchansi disenrollment

Thursday, Dec. 01, 2011 | 12:01 AM Modified Wed, Nov 30, 2011 02:47 PM

This is in response to the Nov. 24 article, "Is casino driving deep cuts in Chukchansi tribal rolls?"

The article is an outrage to all humans. This is not just a disgrace to the Native Americans, but to every group and tribe that has existed. How can disenrollment occur to someone who has been or claims to be part of a tribe?

The most outraging part is that those who have been members of the Chukchansi tribe are now being dropped from Indian rolls for no reason. They were initially welcome to the tribe, but even when they don't change, the tribe changed.

Those dropped never chose to be in that group but were born into the group with the same bloodline. They cannot change their background and even with such evidence, they cannot join the rest of their family members.

How can the Chukchansi tribe push them away as if they didn't exist or weren't part of their giant family just because they would be saving money? Would you drop a child just because they would be costly? Why is the tribe allowed to take away funding and Indian identities just because it wants to give others more benefits?
